When it comes to sending newsletters, Direct Mail can provide you with everything you need. The application is far from a traditional mail client. It is designed specifically for customizing messages, managing, organizing and tracking them, sorting recipients and more. It comes with a good number of specialized tools, which can make anyone responsible for sending out newsletters significantly happier.
From a single glance over the user interface, you will notice that every aspect of this application was carefully planned and implemented. Its entire functionality is broken down in three main parts: composing and designing messages, managing recipients and tracking the messages for reporting purposes. Each of these operations can be carried out on separate tabs.
From composing a message to generating a report, everything can be done without any effort, thanks to Direct Mail's straightforward controls. The application includes a wide range of templates, which you can fill in with your own logos and text or modify certain design aspects, just by clicking and dragging or making simple selections.
Email addresses can be added to the applications database along with other details. What's more, the recipients can be organized in different groups. This gives you the possibility of sending messages to a specific target audience with only a few clicks.
The application's reporting capabilities are also worth mentioning. Direct Mail can tell you if a message has been delivered, opened, erased or marked as spam. Furthermore, the software is capable of conducting tests, to estimate the risk of your message being marked as spam by automated filters.
Pros
You can design newsletter messages quickly and easily. The application lets you manage your recipients efficiently. Also, it can tell you if your messages have been received, opened, marked as spam and so on.
Cons
There are no obvious issues to mention. Sending out high quality news letters or knowing exactly how many users have opened them are just a few advantages Direct Mail has to offer.
